About this art by Khalid Shatta
Each month, Kulna features a different artist whose work becomes the visual backdrop of our front page.
For our inaugural month, we feature "Sudan", from the series "Migration of the Soul" by Norway-based Sudanese artist Khalid Shatta.
Shatta's work explores Sudan, migration, memory, and belonging. You can discover more of his work here.
